Before your child starts at Bluebells, we'll need a few forms completed to ensure we have all the information necessary to provide the best care. These forms cover emergency contacts, medical information, dietary requirements, and our terms and conditions. You can download the forms here, complete them at home, and return them to us before your child's start date.

Our policies ensure we maintain the highest standards of care, safety, and education for all children at Bluebells Day Nursery & Preschool. These documents outline how we operate, from safeguarding and health and safety procedures to our approach to behaviour management and inclusion. All policies are regularly reviewed and updated in line with current legislation and best practice guidance. Parents and carers are welcome to request paper copies of any policy at any time.
